Tata AIG has cheated me. I took car insurance for 5.75 Lakhs but now they are arguing that I took it for 475900. I have the screen shot from their website which clearly shows that for 475000 premium is 16k but I have paid 20444/-
I need help, don't know what to do to either get 4k refund or corrected IDV sent. I even asked to cancel and refund me the amount but they are denying.
Also, I was charged 2 times 20444 and still haven't received refund. Tata AiG should pay me ₹40888/- now and it's not paying me back.
