Myself Sivaprabu Ravichandran,Accountant in(DIVYA ROADWAYS,NO-52C POONAMALLE HIGH ROAD,NEAR HP PETROL PUMP VELAPPANCHAVADI,CHENNAI-600077).I send a courier(Professional courier) from vanagaram(Chennai) to nellore district(Sri city) address is(KAIRAV LOGISTICS PVT LTD,2-120,3RD STREET,AYYAPPA NAGAR,TADA POST & MANDAL,NELLORE DISTRICT-524401)on 25.11.2023 my courier doc no is MAA572800700 which was not delivered till now.I registered a complaint in professional courier that complaint number is MAAX161828.I am asking in professional courier customer care for a long period of time they are not responding till now and what just happened to my courier also not detailed from them...i have send a transport gc copy for a payment value of (Rs-17200) to kairav logistics.I attached a photo copy which i send in courier and also professional courier booking doc.
