I booked a parcel on 28 th July from Madambakkam Chennai, weighing 3kg to Bengaluru through Franch Express courier,tracking number 22320682101 with clear address and mobile number. It was booked by the chennai person only after confirming that PIN 560049 is serviced by FranchExfpress for delivery. The tracking shows it has reached their KR Puram hub on 29th itself.Having waited till 31st (30th a Sunday followed by Moharram on 29th) I again tracked and there are no further movements of my parcel.
