Not adhere depature time by train authority, Mumbai local train

Dated 20nov 2018,i have tried to catch goregaon-cst train at badra station at 6.18pm as per timetable. I have reached platform at 6.17pm & found train allready started before departure time.End coach has to leave the platform.same time i have convey message to gaurd on live running train who is situated in last coach side i. E. Train ka time hua nahi aur train ja rahi hai.. He told me as reply i. E. Train 2-3mint paahle ja sakti hai.. I m not able to understand how train can leave platform before departure time. For this train i have done so many effort to catch on time & as a result train started before & my all effort gone fail. I need clarification from railway i. E. There are no time value for people. Train will run on his way.. Sometime late sometime before. No importance of people time take care.
