Charged for the failed transaction

I have attempted to book ticket from Pune to Ujjain on 17/02/2016, however my card got charged but tickets were not booked.

Contatacted several time but no responce. Sent Bank statement, but no credit given.
Its been 1 nd half month. It is very iritating and My frustration level crosses the limit.

May I request you to look into it.
