Reliance LPG gas pump operator has damaged CAR gas nozal .

FROM ONE MONTH I AM TAKING FOLLOWUP WITH RELIANCE GAS BUT THEY DO NOT CARE. DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.

Dear Sir,

My self Santosh khadangale, On 25.APR.16 I have travelled from Pune to Baramati with my car Santro MH-14 BX 1088.
At 4.30 pm i have filled RS 600/- ( Bill attached ) LPG gas from Reliance Petroleum Near to Yavat ( Theuar Phata ) and paid bill through Visa Card.
After receipt of money the operator ( Mr.Kishor Ladtak photograph attached) has forgotten to remove the LPG pipe from Nozzle, Because he was busy in chatting with his colleague.
Car was just moved and due to fixed Gas pipe My Car LPG Nozzle was completed damaged due to his care less attitude.. ( Photo graph attached )
it was very serious situation. Because available employees does not have seriousness about explosion,
When I have explain them due Nozzle damage and gas lickage, explosion may be happen. They get serious.
Hence I have informed same issue to Pune area Manager Mr.Venkatesh Joshi by cell phone ( 9860640006 ) and same time we have called to care taker
Mr. Yogesh Tilekar ( 9850840615 ) but his line was continuous busy. After discussion with Mr. Joshi I have filled up compliant form as per your standard
procedure. And Reliance Superviser Mr.Sunil Ankushe has agreed the damage was happened due to Reliance operator’s mistake ( Mr.Kishor Ladtak )
Mean time based on your employee request I have discussed with Hyundai vendor and explain them about accident and damage and they have suggested to replace the nozzle with body.
Hence kindly look into this issue and proved me service for repairing or replacing damage CAR LPG gas Nozzle.
OR suggest way, to whom I can approach for further procedure and recover money.
If you require Police compliant kindly provide urgent response I will register on priority basis.
