I have made a purchase of bathroom ware and accessories worth Rs57,000.00 &28,000 in two segment respectively (Invoice number C/25-26/757,dated 11/2/2026, from M/S Leves Bath Gallaery, Kuttoor,Thiruvalla,Kerala.
Despite of the payment,they refused to deliver 02 items (Concealed flush valves)valued Rs5,876.57 stating that the price has increased, therefore i have to fetch additional payment of Rs 3,300.00, which is against breach of commitment.
The delay in the delivery of above has adversely affected the works and the schedules and the cost of the construction including compensation to the main contractor .
All our communication with the above vendor has gone in vain, neither they honor the commitment nor respecting the customers right.
Therefore , i submit my grievances to the competent authority to review my complaint and do the appropriate actions .
