I ordered a product "magic hair care buy 1 and get 1 free" online on an online site and opted to pay cod of 600/- ....on September 4 this year....but when I opened the pack, instead of the ordered product, I got "aloe vera" face gel....after that, I emailed them and today 5th September I tried alot to contact them to resove the matter, but the person named AMAN K whose phone no. is 918400406065 has kept his mobile on silent......and most of the time he does not pick up the call....he also ends the call immediately without picking.....my name is CHAVI BHARGAVA, RAJAT PATH, MANSAROVAR, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN- 302020.......MY ORDER NO. IS 5594....please help me to get the ordered product or help me to get the refund.....thank you.......
