Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Bishnu Patro writing on behalf of Mr. Bhakti Vivek Paramarthi of SreeChaitanya Gaudiya Math, Grand Road, Puri-7552001, Odisha, Phone: 06752-252274 / 09437280722.
Mr. Bhakti Vivek Paramarthi of SreeChaitanya Gaudiya Math has already paid Rs 35,000/- towards lift extension from 2nd floor to 3rd floor. But it has been more than 2 months, work is still not completed.

Mr. Bhakti Vivek Paramarthi has already been followed multiple times over the various phone numbers: 7381042600 and 9078079129. Still we don't see any response from their side.

Please kindly look into the matter on priority, since many senior citizens are facing difficulty in climbing the stairs in the SreeChaitanya Gaudiya Math. Your prompt help in fixing the lift issue will be highly appreciated.
