Product Not Delivered, Samsung Refrigerator and Bosch Washing Machine from Flipkart

I bought Samsung Refrigerator and Bosch Washing Machine from Flipkart, order no OD110308746840212000. I made a payment of ₹46,439 through through my Debit card on 24 September 2017. I paid ₹26,999 for Bosch 7 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine Silver (WAK24168IN). I paid ₹19,440 for Samsung 253 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (Elegant Inox, RT28M3022S8-HL/ RT28M3022S8-NL). First, Flipkart said that the order will be delivered by 2 October 2017 and then they said that it will be delivered by 5 October 2017. Both of the deadlines have passed, but I have not received any of the items. I have made several calls to their customer care, but of no avail. I have suffered mentally, financially, reputation, etc. Hence, I would like to claim ₹46,439 (or both the items as ordered) and ₹100,000 toward damage. In additional costs (such as court fees, legal fees, etc) incurred by me for resolving this issues will also be paid by Flipkart.
