Sir,
I have purchased a LLOYD AC 1.5T 3S-GLS1813FWCVF on date.16/04/2023 from BHARAT ELECTRONICS & HOME APPLIANCES, Plot No. 576/1679/42, Kiran Complex, Kanan Vihar, Phase - II, Patia, Bhubaneswar. Invoice copy is attached. After 10 days of installation, water leakage problem starts. But your mechanic could not found the particular problem after two times visit. On third time (dt.25/07/2023) they told that some parts were broken, it will take 5 days for repairing. But till date the problem has not been solved. Form the date of purchase to till date we could not use the AC. The customer service is very poor. Please tell me whether it is a crime to purchase LLOYD AC.?
Therefore it is requested to take immediate action for replacement of the AC.
