I PURCHASED 1.5 TONN DAIKIN SPLIT INVERTOR AC FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL, RANCHI ON 23 APR 2017.
IT STOPPED WORKING ON ITS OWN ON 28 MAY 2017.

CONTACTED THE DAIKIN CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THE SAME DAY AND AFTER THAT DAILY. IT TOOK THEM 06 DAYS TO TELL ME THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED BY THE RELIANCE STORE PEOPLE....GREAT......6 DAYS TO DELIVER THIS CONFIDENTIAL AND VALUABLE INFORMATION.

NEXT GAVE A CALL TO RELIANCE DIGITAL AND THE VERY NEXT DAY (06 JUN) THE RESQ TEAM ARRIVED, CHECKED AND CONVEYED TO ME THAT THIS AC IS BEYOND REPAIR FROM THERE SIDE AND THAT DAIKIN SERVICE ENGINEER WILL COME.

ON JUN 12, I GOT A MSG CONFIRMING THE NUMBER OF THE SERVICE ENGINEER (0651-2284665 & 9431579041). LANDLINE NUMBER IS NOT ANSWERED AND THE PERSON WITH THE MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT INTERESTED.

I FEEL AS IF I AM BEING CHEATED BY PURCHASING A DAIKIN AC.
