New Ac Not repaired from last 28 days - Koryo split ac

This is to inform you that i purchase a new Koryo Split ac Last month but there is a mcb tripping problem so i called koryo customer care for this problem after 2 days your technical person came and said that there is a faulty PCB found so it has to be replaced with in 48 hours of time but after 28 days later there is no resolution for my complaint and when i called again to your customer care your executive said that your complaint is under process so i request you to please resolve my complaint as soon as possible .
