I have purchased one eveready rechargeable pedestal fan through online shoping from Homeshop18. The order No is 150060759 The product was delivered to me on 30 Jun 17 without any bill or invoice and warranty card The prodcut was in unserviceable condition since its delivery itself It was not operating at all for which I lodged a complaint with ID-1414088. the complaint was lodged with Eveready also but both of these companies did not respond. I am struggling with an useless product and nobody is listening. My several requests have been in vain. SO i am seeking your help in getting the issue resolved at the earliest. The item was purchased at a cost of Rs.Three Thousand seven hundred and seventy five only. Kindly get my money refunded and penalise them to pay me the compensation for the pain they caused to me. Thank you
