I bought 2 geysers on 1 nov 2016 and mr sumit from divine home appliance issued me an invoice with 1 year warranty.
I have been calling sumit for last 3 months as one of the geysers has stopped working and he is always saying he will repair the geyser but never shows up.
I have the invoice, few latest call recordings promising he will come and repair and few messages from me requesting him to repair the geyser. But there is no response from him.
I have visited his shop which is nearly 9 km from my house around many times and he was never there and his partner only assured me that sumit will visit.
This has been a total harrasment for me mentally as well as financially.
Hence this is requested to arrange compensation for such harrasment.
I am unable to attach any prrofs here pls guide
