Sir Rizwan named person who had sold already his land to me 7
year ago and did registry also not only he as well as his sister’s thumb impression and sign available on
the registry paper and filing dropout (Dakhil Kharij) has been finished within two month after registry.
My fault was that I couldn’t checked the land by special surveyor at that time that the land is correct or
not? Because I trusted Rizwan, he is my relative brother and before he was my well-wisher. But now he
cheated me badly and every time when I met him he threatened me that he will spoil me by selling my
all property one by one even where I live that house also. Now Iam helpless I became blind there is no
way where I go to complain against him and who will take strict action against him. The reason is that as
per registry chauhaddi is correct but Khasra No. is wrong he put during the registry period I don’t knpw
this all rizwan did Knowingly or unknowingly, but at this time he took the advantages of wrong Khasra
no. he sold that land to another person named Feroz from Muriya (who is also cheated me he knows
very well that, that Land is already bought by me, he has more money that’s why he want to dominate
on me). And before selling to feroz, Rizwan also took money for selling that same land to another
person who is hooligan of that area. And that hooligan constructed boundary wall across my land in
front of my eye and villager’s to capture and showing their terror to me without registry this all thing
has been done and I was unable to do anything because Iam very simple, decent and quite person in the
locality and my belief is on constitution instead of quarrelling and harassing anyone. Because Iam one of
the person who wants to make and live with piece in the locality. I am mentally harassed every time
after this incident. Sometime I have fear that because of that land somebody will hurt me on the way or
anywhere.
I hereby request you humbly that dear Sir please, take an appropriate and strict action against those all
who is involved in cheating with me. I am silent now.
