Order not delivered and Zomato is not helping

I have ordered food from Zomato. It was a paid order. Order was not delivered to me but in the app marked delivered. I was trying to call deliver partner multiple times but he was not answering my calls. I have mailed Zomato support but didn't get any help from there. Even there is no customer care number to reach out to them.
