Online Purchase from True Gadgets (Pramila Enterprise) for a Portable Power Bank

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to bring to your notice regarding my recent transaction with True Gadgets (Pramila Enterprise) for a Portable Power Bank of 20,000 MaH for Rs 999.

I would like to inform you that I recieved the parcel on Monday ie 23 July 2018 while I was away on travel, thus the courier was received by my colleague.

However as I tried using the powerbank today to charge something seem to have burnt inside as there is a fowl smell coming and the powerbank isn’t working anymore.

On that facet, I wrote several mails to Promila Enterproses on the id mentioned in the website (support@truegadgets.in) and also sent the faulty item back within the stipulated time of 15 days, however there has been no response from them yet. May I request your kind intervention in the matter please.

The faulty item has been shipped and delivered to Promila Enterprises, Amritsar, Punjab Via Blue Dart Courier No 34659975346 on 2 Aug.
