Dear sir myself jaswinder singh i have ordered online shoes from stopndshop company where they made me to pay rupees 850 ,and on19may i have ordered mine product my product id they showed me was 4789597267 .after i have ordered the product did not came to me and on ecom from where they had courierd me has showed me that i have cancelled or was written i have not accepted and the person who is owner manav he is chating and talking to me on phone and everyday he is saying product will be reached soon the tracking which is shown to you is fake dont worry their is some problem he said, again after some days i chated him message that why still so delay he said dont worry product by mistakely was returned ,iam sending you again with new packing and revoking yours product i have all evidence with me of his chat, now that person is saying i have cancelled your product but when i called customer care of stop nd shop they said u have cancelled order and they are refuisng to pay me mine money which they have charged and if i said them i will go to consumer court then they are challenging me go what ever u want to do
