Fraud by alpfly, I am deepak jain and also a victim of fraud by Alpfly.com

I am deepak jain and also a victim of fraud by Alpfly.com. I bought their package last year and I was only able to use 2tickets. In December I raised request for travel request and few days before the travel they just dropped an email saying they won't be able to book ticket for me. I tried contacting them via mail and calling customer care but no one replied or answered my calls. After my travel date they responded and said they will refund me some amount. I have been waiting for more than 3 months and no refund was provided. Everytime I ask for refund they just say that it has been initiated and I will receive it soon and It has been 3 months now.

I still have 8 tickets left and I know they're not booking tickets for anyone anymore.

I have been trying to find a way to get justice for this fraud. They don't even answer call if you choose option Alpfly member while calling customer care.

Company like this should shut down and their employees or founder should be punished for this fraud business.
