Dear sir/madam
In august a representative from byjus Mr Rythem kaushal came to my home and promotion byjus course. my son Abhinav is in class 4. Mr Kaushal offered guide from class 4 to 10 in lieu of 81000/- . He said pay 6000/- now, rest will be distributed in installment for five years. As well as he said if you like the course then will pay installment otherwise may cancel the deal.
But in between he cheated me and on the bank document divided 75000/- in 12 installment(one year) in place of 60 installment(five year). and first installment 6250/- deducted from my account in oct 2018.
Now I am calling to Mr Rythem kaushal for such type of cheating but he neither receiving call nor giving answer of my question.
Sir Mr Rythem kaushal told us that mentor would monitor child activities and always contact to child. They will organise doubt clearance session continuously. In between Neither we have been contacted nor organised any doubt clearance session by any mentor.
Like this I am very upset with your course. My financial status does not allow payment of 6250/- per month. So the money taken from me should be refunded and instruct the bank not to take the next installment.
