i had ordered 4pairs of footwear on 5th august from an instagram seller with name ethnic_footwears_for_girls worth Rs 1500.I paid the amount via UPI transfer through paytm and directly tranferred the money to the seller account. i havent recieved ny order till date. when i aked the seller to refund my money he stopped replying to my messages and deleted all our chat and me from his page. its been more than a month and i havent got any reply. i have mailed cybercrime also for this but even they have not taken any step.
