United world school of business Fraud with me of rs 50000

Dear sir
My name is Dilip kumar from pali district of Rajasthan.i had taken admission in ahamdabad mba collage 07/04/2014 ago and the name of that's collage United world business of school. i took addmission in that collage only when the addmission head of this collage Mr abhisek singh told me please deposit 50000rs cash deposit and once the seat confirm if any problem arise afterwards Your money will be refund by coming to them I have 50000rs deposit and that time I was in the final year of my graduate.The final year was announced as a result late and my money was not arranged, due to financial problem and I wanted to cancel my admission.I spoke to Abhishek Singh for canceling my admission. He told me that your admission will be canceled but it will take a month's time.I waited for 1 month then they convinced me to directly that you will not refund money, any condition.I called many times to refund the money but they gave me the same answer every time that my money will not be refunded.I got disturbed and later I sent the notice twice to the lawyer in this college.I did not get the reply that I sent the notice.Sir, I am from medium family, so I should not file any case.Sir, I want to get my ₹ 50000 back as it is a huge amount for me.
I also mailed to that college's email ID, and no reply was found to me, and I also had a copy of it with me.
Sir, you request that you do my help.
Sir, you must answer my mail, I will wait for your reply.
