I MADE A COMPLAINT AT NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL AS WELL AS AT RTI...!!!
THEY GAVE ME YOUR CONTACT,, PLEASE FORWARD MY CASE TO THE RESPECTIVE
MINISTRY,, SO THAT I CAN GET MY SCHOLARSHIP PAYMENT FOR 2013-14
