Due to improper working of the study material (tablet) I wanted to cancel my subscription of the byju's program .When I asked to the customer care team of the company to cancel my subscription they refused . I have already given several complaints against the company but nothing happened . I want the cancellation as soon as possible otherwise I am ready right here to take serious action against the company.
