Very very poor BSNL broadband connection and broadband customer service by BSNL!!!

My bsnl broadband is not working as it should from atleast last two weeks. I registered a complaint on 2 Aug 2016 but no action had been taken till now(9 Aug 2016). I am from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and many other users of Bsnl are also not satisfied with the service. After every few days of repair I start facing som or the other problem in Bsnl broadband, I am totally fed up. Some actions need to be taken against BSNL as soon as possible because they are actually fooling their customers.
