My Reliance Net Connect No. is 8799279064 I deposited Rs. 740 by cash pyment at Reliance's retail outlet on 09.04.16 at their outlet AIM Communication, 259 Express Road, The Mall, Kanpur Again a bill for Rs.1560 has been generated which includes 740 last month's bill alongwith penalty of Rs. 100.00 (late payment) cash 740 deposited by me was not credited in net connect a/c. I enclose herewith letter , receipt & bill for your perusal.I have sent a number of mails to their service,Broadband even to Mr. Ambani but no one have responded.Very negligent and very poor service.
