Requested to close the account, but not closed & sent the bill.

Dear Sir / Madam,

In my previous home, I used M/s Tikona's Broadband services for 2 years.
My Tikona account number is 1111893961.

In October 2015, I shifted from that address to new home.
That time I called Tikona customer care team & requested to close my account.
That time they agreed on phone to close that account. Also I cleared that month's bill.
They came & took their devices too.

After 3-4 months they called me & asking me to pay the pending last 3 months bill which is approx Rs. 3,000. They are not lisigning to me on this.

Now they are calling me on this & threatening me.


Please help me on this.
