Kindly arrange the refund to us , because more indirect / indirect losses to us agst your unlogical commitment & you are a cheater . we bearer the losses around 5 to 6 Lacs on the behalf of you, its recover from u ASAP.

Refer to more discussion & request with you for through more modes (i.e. calls / mails / sms / whatsapp etc.) towards dispatch the production raw materials & brand new fully automatic machine to us otherwise refund the payment with interest & direct losses / indirect losses (which bearer by us), but you do cheat with us & not give the right responses to JMD CO-ORDINATING; Kindly arrange the our good quality raw materials & brand new machine (as per committed by you on the time of booking) on today otherwise arrange the refund the payment to us with our basic amount with interest, market losses towards delay in launching, direct & indirect expenses, file charges & communications expenses with the penalty of total expenses; Which around calculation around more between 3.50 to 4.00 Lacs (its excel calculation, will be arrange through next mail & discussion with legal adviser).



Otherwise take the legal expenses agst you & all charges with recovering expenses take from you through legal action.



If We or our Executive (2 persons) visit at your Ahmedabad Location towards Recover amount & discussion with you for your false statement / words & cheating matter with us then, total Expenses including Fare / Conveyance, Logging, meals Expenses, reimbursement as well as pocket money will be taken from you & liable for paid to him from your side.



All matter pending at your hand since around 8 Months and no any right & positive reply to us.
