Dear Sir / Madam,
I had transferred Rs 45000 from our company SBI account on 18 May 2018 to the proprietor of this agency Mr. Rakesh in his SBI account for purchase of motorcycle Hero HF Deluxe Blue.. He sold the booked vehicle to someone else and has till date not delivered me the booked motorcycle . They are authorised Hero SSP. There is no one at their agency which mostly remains closed and he is not answering any of our phone calls. Please help us in this matter.
