deluvery status shown delivered for 2 consecutive time but never get deliver

I have ordered a product on Amazon on 3rd Feb'2022 and the delivery status shown delivered but never get deliver. I have raised a complain to Amazon Customer Care and the same item was resent on 18th Feb'22 which was supposed to be delivered on 28th Feb '22 but unfortunately the same delivery status shown delivered which i never receive my product no: 408-6850094-1717905. I am already a Prime member and I order this item for medical purpose which is very crucial.
