SIR I OMPRKASH YADAV USING TIKONA INTERNET SERVICE IN MUMBAI I PURCHASED PLAN OF RS 2176 FOR WHICH THEIR IS 3 MONTHS FREE SUBSCRIPTION WITH INSTALLATION. I STARTED USING SERVICE SINCE 23 JAN 2016 THEY SENT THEIR 1ST BILL ON 7 OF FEB 2016, 2ND BILL ON 7MARCH 2016 & 3RD BILL ON 07 APRIL 2016 NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO MAKE PAYMENT THAT THIRD WHICH IS MADE 15 DAYS EARLIER & BEFORE THE COMPLITION OF THIRD BILL WHICH THEY PROMISE TO GIVE FREE. SIR PLS HELP ME

    I am having MTNL landline 26256459 and Internet broadband. Consumer number..2060359485
    We have complained multiple times from the last 2 months that the Internet is not working. But have got no reply. Complain number..8761, 4077, and others as well.

    I have also complained to the nodal officer, but have just been promised a resolution.
    The Internet is still not working.
    I refuse to pay the bill for the service not rendered and complain still un attended.
    If it is not done, u will complain in the ministry.
