Airtel not providing the 3g service after 3g data plan activation

My name is pankaj Kumar , mobile no. 9730715017. I am using aitel 3g data plan of rs 298 . I recharged about 1month back. But I only getting 2g data . I called Airtel customer care 4times earlier but they always said that they activated the 3g service and in 30 minutes you can use 3g service but without any result. Today again I called the customer care and then I came to Know that actually Airtel have not the 3g service and they using Vodafone server which actually stopped.So I cannot use 3g service anymore. They misguided earlier and not told the truth actually.
As they cheated me for not giving the 3g service I want my recharged amount 298 rs back, so please help me and fined the Airtel teleservice for cheating the customer.
