Poor customer dealing, I am a customer of lyf mobile. My phone has dead after 5 month of purchase .

I am a customer of lyf mobile. My phone has dead after 5 month of purchase . So i went to customer care centre bilaspur himachal pradesh .i had worst experience there. I have to wait more than 30 mins to give my phone to the executive. And after one day when i went to collect my phone i have to wait more than 1 hour for just take my phone back .
Even they didnt call me that Some part of phone is breakon and we cant repair it under warranty. And which number they provided me for contact.
They didnt even pick once
after that they said it will cost 5660 Rs for repair which is more than phone cost (how it is possible)
I had worst experience at bilaspur h.p. customer centre
