I want to make a complaint against sea tv network,agra;as my complaint is regarding that set top box is not working properly from March and I also paid Rs.300 to the person who comes to collect cash monthly as to make that set top box right but till now my set top box is not working and last month only I received that box but on 3rd of june, again that box stops working and when I call that persin,then he says that this is not his responsibility, either I have to purchase new or invest 300 more in that.And also that person(Neeraj) does not know how to talk to their customers as he abuses me.
When I talk in head office,they told me that u have to purchase new one and ur Rs.300 will be deducted in ur new set top box amount,but till now 3 days have gone but no person comes to me and install the new set top box.
