we have got voltas coolar at MANGAL & MANGAL SHOP,TRICHY,and the cooler now got mechanical problem.we have been making complaint for the past 3 weeks to the service center but NOT EVEN A BIT OF RESPONSE from the service center.Such typr of bitter experience from the voltas product and its service that getting the voltas product and enjoying the summer of high humid heat.i request the service department to consider the inconvenience of the pitty customer so that they could some solution,atleast,hereafter.
