Post sale Service not providing, I have brought Water Purifier (Dr. Aquaguard classic uv +)

I have brought Water Purifier (Dr. Aquaguard classic uv +) (Invoice No: PE/19/20/056) from Eureka Forbes on June 2019. Fast off all they wrongly advice us to sale only. within one month start problem with purifier and in guarantee period i have complained that the machine is not working at least 25/30 times but no response. They had called and said they will come but no turn up. Also the dealer clearly said bought a new one, as company will not provided post sale service. i had a word with 3 different persons. 1) Mr. Manoj 9871354010, 2) Mr. Navneet 9958969449 and Mr. Ujjwal pandey 7905393959 but Extremely frustrated . Its going to be 1 month now they said you have to pay for repair or buy a new machine.

Now Don't want the machine want money back. As i presume After sales service is not there at all.
