I have requested for transfer of my household goods from Bangalore to Pune. When it arrived at my premise at Pune, almost all the goods were broker down into half, like refrigetor, big study table, washing machine. All my clothes and suitcase were wet. Moreover they tried to extort money at the time of money by asking to pay for keeping the goods in their warehouse although it was written that goods will be kept for 15 days. I did not receive a box(kitchen item) which I mentioned when they delivered the damaged boxes. I asked for compensation and insurance, but I am not getting response from their side. I am clueless what to do now. Now I am being said I will be paid a meagre amount as insurance
