I had booked Agarwal packers & movers for door to door shifting of my house hold goods from Goa to Mumbai on 02 may 2018. GC no. 4550393. There were total 14 packages out of which I received only 13 packages in Mumbai. A package containing 4 of my own paintings collection was not delivered. On inquiring I was told by the Mumbai office that it was not received at Mumbai whereas Goa office insisted that it was sent to Mumbai. I have called up Agarwal packers and Movers offices repeatedly but did not get any response. I also mailed to their customer care and Mr. Reddy (supposed to be a senior person who handles complaints) but have not received any response from him as well. it has been almost 2 months and the company is not responding to my query nor are they doing anything about the lost package.
