Hello,
I purchased Alto 800 lxi car from Mycar wakad. On 30 December 2015. However i am cheated by representative Mr.Parshuram Shinde. They never informed me that the road tax & insurance is exempted for physically challenged.I am physically challenged by birth. They misguided me they said you will be able to drive manual car easily without any aid .On going to pune RTO the officer said they cannot issue license to me as the car should be modified first.With all controls in hand & then they can approve it.They have misguided me in every aspect .This is mental torture. I have to spend another 55000 to make the car auto clutch. I want a compensation from them for the misguidance. Please help
