Hello,
I bought a brand new fridge, used it 3 months in vadodara and had to shift to bangalore. Contacted Packshifts from Vadodara for transportation. I specifically advised them about the fridge to be very extra careful & informed that the fridge is new, regardless of that I also bought insurance for the fridge and transportation also. NONE of it came to use and all of my money were wasted plus my 3 months old fridge is damaged, along with both of my insurances.
Firstly, the Packshifts didnt even insured my transport, plus talked to me in false languages and i was unable to do anything since, I was moved to Bangalore, and couldnt go to their physical office in Vadodara.
