This is to bring to your notice that we had booked packers and movers for bringing our belongings from Vadodara, Gujarat to Lucknow, U.P. Our luggage was moved on 15th August, 2020. They told us that it will reach within 4 days but now it has been 18 days and we have not yet received our belongings. Company people told us that due to engine failure truck was stuck in Rajasthan and will move in two days. After two days they told us that it is again stuck somewhere as engine has stopped working and we got a reply that truck takes time for maintenance therefore we should keep patience. On Sunday that is on 30th August, 2020 they told us that truck is somewhere near Lucknow border and will reach in the afternoon. We got no call from them on Sunday. Again on Monday when we called them we got same reply to have patience as there are some issues in the working of truck. We asked them exact time that when can we expect our luggage to reach. They told us two days and now after two days they have stopped picking our call. Earlier we trusted them but now we are in doubt whether our belongings our safe or not.
Kindly consider our issue and look into the matter.
