We shifted our household through Agarwal Packers and Movers from Jodhpur to Kolkata and most of our wooden furniture got damaged including Bed,Sofa, and a brand new Coffee Table's Stool, Wall Clock,lamp and a photo frame of lord Shiva which was very close and special to us...
The fragile items reached in a wet cartoon which was opened
We insured our shipment and now they are giving only a nominal amount as compensation.
