Delay in delivering consignment, damaged goods and no unpacking done at destination

Worst service from Agarwal packers and movers.
My consignment GCHYD222311713 was shipped from Hyderabad on 29th March.
1)First of all, the survey estimate was wrong. My goods couldn't completely fit into the container that was sent to carry goods. Due to this there was a last minute rush in moving my goods to a separate container.
2) the container arrived at the destination after 2 days of committed timeline and that too after several follow-up. The call center didn't give me any firm timelines and they kept giving flimsy excuses for the delay. Now the call center staff says that the delay of 2-3 days is given and it is acceptable. No one told me this else I would never have gone with Agarwal.
3) there were quite a few goods damaged during the transportation. I have raised the complaint but no one is bothered to even come for survey on that. Why is there insurance charge then?
4) there was no unpacking done at the destination. The boys left saying that there will be people coming in next day but it has been a week and no one is bothered. There is legitimate unpacking charge mentioned in the invoice. Why has it been charged when no service was provided.
Worst experience with Agarwal packers and movers! Bunch of unprofessional people working at the company who don't care about the customer at all.
