Damaged many items while shifting 1BHK from Surat to Ahmedabad by Om Sai Packers and Movers.

We had booked packer and movers service in the Surat office (Om Sai Packers and Movers) for shifting 1BHK from Adajan Surat to Naranpura Ahmedabad. As per the quotation and condition Paid full payment while loading pieces of stuff in Eicher at 10.30 pm on Sunday 27 Feb 2022. They pushed by a call for due payment at approx. 11 pm, finally I did it. (see screenshot.) The next day on Monday 28 Feb 2022 Eicher had to reach at 9 am as per the delivery timeline but Rajkumar called me and said that we are not able to come inside the city so moving your stuff in another vehicle will reach soon. But they came at 7 pm due to manpower issues. I did many calls in between and finally, went to Naranpura police station for making a complaint but the inspector guide me to wait until the end of the day at 23:59:59 if they did not come then do a complaint. We came as seated whole night to Ahmedabad by train (Gujarat mail-12901, PNR 8748693916) night travel 1:19 to 5:55 (with my parents - senior citizen) because they had to reach until 9, am and we have waited in the garden (Naranpura next to Meerambika school) because we didn't have stuff to clean the house. The whole day we were completely tired but we can't do anything except waiting. Finally, they came at 7 pm with Bolero (Small vehicle) because they moved stuff from Eicher (big vehicle) to Bolero (Small vehicle) and that's the reason many of the items were damaged. (see attached pictures). I called Rajkumar and he stated that remarks all the items and send me photos. Fan, Stand, other pouches were not properly packaged. Many times I called for a bill invoice copy but he did not send me yet. One of my relatives shared his copy for complaint reference only. (See attached). After many calls for the claim but he declined, and Now Rajkumar blocked me (see the last screenshot). I paid 15000 for the services and want to claim for the damaged products. (1500 Fan, 430 Liquid bottle, 350 plastic table, 400 shoes stand and 780 for cloth stand, 120 bike leg stand 180 screwdrivers- See attached photos.) I can make more amount for any stolen items but not remembered so I don't want to. I gave two screwdrivers to the packers and movers team for dismantle some items but they did not return.
Please help me to solve the issue. If I can't do the complain, same the scenario with the other people and they will be facing the same problem.
