Shipment delayed and False Information, Interm Movers and Packers

Dear Sir,
On 29 June 2017 I contacted “Interm Movers and Packers” Add-: B-248, Satyam Compound, Nr. Air Force Station, Darjipura, Vadodara, Contact Person (Mr. Rajesh Sharma Mob No. 8000886868 with a request for delivery my bike Yamaha FZ (MP09my8980) from Vadodara Gujarat to Gwalior MP. After confirmation delivery period (2 to 4 days), Document Required (RC and ID proof) and payment (Rs.3300/-) from Interm Movers and Packers.
I handover my bike Yamaha FZ (MP09my8980) and paid Rs.3300/- advance on the same day dated-: 29/06/2017 and take receipt from Interm Movers and Packers. (Contact Person Mr. Rajesh Sharma).
However at Interm office Unavailability of photocopy and printer , Company Person Mr. Rajesh provided me Mob no. 9634258708 and requested to send the document through whatsapp.
So I forwarded the document (RC & IDproof) through whatsapp on the same no. 9634258708 which is informed by Interm Packers and movers (Mr. Rajesh Sharma)
I also ask Mr. Rajesh sharma for the office detail at Gwalior. He informed me that they having office in Transporte nagar Gwalior which he will provide the detail later. Till date they haven’t provide me the detail.
I received immediate answer with an approximate estimate that my bike will be deliver with in 2 to 4 days. The person Mr. Rajesh Sharma who came seemed to very experienced and answered the questions I have. So, I was sure that I will receive my bike at Gwalior with in 2 to 4 days.
The Company Interm Packers and Movers Contact Person Mr. Rajesh Sharma ensure me that my bike will be load on next day i.e. 30 June and ready to move Gwalior.
Afterwards, Company Interm Packers and Movers Contact Person Mr. Rajesh Sharma start not answering my phone but after my continuous followup he provided me alternate contact Person-: Mr. Rahul Sharma (Mob No. 9375566868) via SMS.
Both The Person Mr. Rajesh Sharma and Mr. Rahul Sharma start fooling me and provide wrong information about my Bike transfer is been transferred to indore.
They share me the detail of Indore Office (Mob No. 9009033309). I contacted on the same no. And came to know that my bike is also not there.
Now after a very long time until today 26july 2017 I have not received my bike Yamaha FZ (MP09 MY 8980) Also when I called them every time they say it in transporting it will reach in 1-2 days. I been trying to reach them about the location of my bikes but they are not giving me proper answer of my query.



This issue is causing serious mental tension, stress and it is also disturbing my work. They are behaving in such a rude manner that I am forced to lodge a complaint against them.
