Dear Team ,

This my last request on this mail, where you all are not able to track my bike at all.

Bike Booked on the Name of Ankur Modi from Pune to Hyderabad it was picked on 30th April from my pune location but no one is ready to tell me when it will reach Hyderabad. No tracking number shared with me . And if I call everyone is asking for GC number.

Here are details of people who picked the bike and to whom I am talking to. There is no professionalism followed, there is no process at all , everyone is saying talk to the person whom you are talking to then why you have created app , website , customer care and all.

If I don’t get any reply on this in next couple of hours then I will go to consumer court plus police station with the driver details and your executive ID card details to file an FIR in the name of Agarwal Packers.

Dear Srinivas,

I have been following up with your Pune Branch from last couple of days, where they are completely incapable of telling me the GC number for my bike booked and picked on 30th Apr from pune to Hyderabad.

See the trailing mail where I am completely helphess and got lot of promises from yor customer care , Pune branch office and other channels also but sorry to inform you I didn't got any reply or call from any one in last 7 days , i made around 100+ calls to them just to track my bike which is i guess your8 I mean your employees) part of job. I have commented on Facebook page of Agarwal Packer DRS group also but no reply or acknowledgement from your team.

I would request you to take action against pune team as they are not at all professional and unable to track a bike in 7 days . Shame on your team performance.

I would also request a compensation for this concercing the inconvinience caused to me. And i mentioned i will surely go to consumer court and police station for this.

Looping Pune Branch Manager Also.

Dear Pradip,

As you can see the mail from my side , i have been talking to following numbers from pune branch continuolsy and no one is ready to tell where my bike is.

Specially i would say they are not fit for this job where they are not able to trace one bike from last 7 days which is supposed to be shifted from Pune to Hyderabad.

I have been talking to Hyderabad Tracking department and they gave your contact to escalate the issue.

@Dear Srinivas I would request you to see the matter on priority. I have already lodged a consumer court complaint against this matter and need full compensation concering my inconvinience caused in last 7 days , I have been calling your team 100+ times which i can prove also with my call details so please its my humble request to take it psoitively and process things accordingly.

Dear Sir,

Today Morning I have lodged a complaint online in Chandan Nagar Police station against Agarwal Packers and Movers for not providing any information on my bike from last 7 days.

But till now i haven't got any call or complaint number for my request.

Can you please see this on priority and hope to see a reply soon with my complaint number.

My Bike Number MH12-GU-8112 is misplaced by Agarwal Packers and Movers and they don't have any clue where it is.
