There is an account on instagram namded wholesale mobile ,
I needed a phone so I asked him for it,
he told me that I have to pay 25% of money first
and the rest after delievery so I paid him Rs. 2000 through neft,
I kept on asking him three days
and the fourth day (06/11/18)he blocked me on instagram.
I have his account number and his phone number.
now he has changed his username to insta_mobile_store.
