Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have opened 2 RD of 3000 Rs under scheme M Benefit A/c no 10353702971 and 72 with sahara credit cooperative society ltd,kaptanganj branch,branch code 1035, district basti,uttarpradesh via Agent Vijay Kumar chaudhary agent code 103500080.

My above RD got matured on 09/08/2016 than also the Agent vijay and his branch manager Pramod Kumar jaiswal is not making my payment since last 21 months...I continuously following from the branch and mentioned person but they are always giving me some future date by mentioning that they don't have enough money at their branch to make my payment. And their Basti Regional manager will approve than only they can process my payment.
I have several times in past visited Basti RM for payment but he is also not approving Kaptanganj branch to make my payment.and he last time told i don't know you you have deposited at the local kaptanganj branch, so kindly question them and not involve him in this matter.I am continuously following from last 20 month local branch is always postponing the dates and basti RM is avoiding to meet us by giving various excuses ever time.
Today also my wife visited the Kaptanganj branch and today also they asked for time.

I am very much frustrated and depressed as i have even register my complaint with sahara customer helpline @ Lucknow via complaint no SCCSL_DA_16012018_0003 but they are also giving me dates only since Last 4 months. I had planned to book a plot in Lucknow with this maturity amount 20 months back, but same has got so much delayed due to sahara person, that today the cost of Plot has increased from 5 lakhs to 8 lakhs.
I had incurred mental tension as I was unable to take the plot in lucknow and I will incur loss of 3 lakhs if I buy the same plot now.

Request you to help in settlement of my payment as early as possible so that i can purchase the plot in lucknow. and also file claim of some amount as per you under mental torture against the kaptanganj sccsl branch, agent Vijay Kumar chaudhary and branch manager Pramod Kumar jaiswal.
And also request their Lucknow head office to take action against them.
