Dear Sir,
I had purchased split Air conditioner on 21/04/2017. It was having problem with the cooling since the time of purchase. Also after doing a paid service on 11/8/2018 we came to know that 3 free services during the warranty period were not done properly. After paid service he said that everything is fine and cooling will improve, but it didnt happen. So again I complained at LG office and they sent one more person on 13/8/18. He checked and told that gas is very less and refilling is required. He asked for Rs 3000 extra. We are fade up with this air conditioner since last one year. i want refund of the total amount since it is not working properly.
